  • Sebastian is a co-founder at NidoSpaces, specializing in the TX & TN markets with a focus on business operations & acquisitions. Outside of real estate, Sebastian works at TikTok as a Sales Director for Independent Agencies helping businesses thrive the globe. Sebastian holds a B.A. in Economics from Harvard University and is a Ron Brown Scholar (‘09).

  • Brett is a co-founder at NidoSpaces, with expertise in the TN & IN markets, specializing in market analysis & acquisitions. Brett is also a Senior Business Development & Partnerships Manager at Google on the AR/VR team, helping visualize the world of tomorrow. He is a proud graduate of Purdue University & Student Body President (‘12), Governor’s Fellow of Indiana (‘13), & former Policy Specialist for the US State House of Representatives.
